摘要: Les cancers colorectaux (CCR) sont la deuxieme cause de mortalite par cancer en France et un probleme sante publique [1]. La chirurgie est le traitement curatif reference du CCR mais, pour les patients non resecables d’emblee, traitements medicaux peuvent permettre secondairement une curative. chimiotherapie ces a beaucoup progresse prise charge des devenue tres pluridisciplinaire tous stades. Malgre depistage progres chirurgie, reanimation, adjuvants plus precoce efficace, reste elevee avec taux survie 51 % 5 ans.
