摘要: • Graft-vs-host disease can develop in immunosuppressed individuals who receive blood-product transfusions that contain immunocompetent lymphocytes. We report two cases of fatal transfusion-associated graft-vs-host developed patients with Hodgkin's were undergoing therapy. review all this entity malignancies, represented predominantly by hematologic malignancies. The groups at risk for development disease, the clinical presentation and course, methods diagnosis are summarized. Prevention highly condition is possible irradiation blood products given to risk, but problems remain determining warrant such measures. Dermatologists need have heightened awareness facilitate more complete allow establishment effective standards care. ( Arch Dermatol . 1990;126:1324-1329)
