摘要: In four patients with solid tumors (three small cell lung cancers, one germ cancer) high dose chemotherapy autologous bone marrow infusion was given. Graft versus host disease (GVHD) the cause of death in patient and at autopsy signs GVHD were found other three patients. these caused by blood transfusion. Patients treated aggressive for are risk development after allogeneic transfusions preventive measures definitely needed.
