摘要: Surgical treatment of ischemic brain disorders was first reported by Strully et al. in 195375 and already the most representative kind neurosurgery, carotid endarterectomy, has a history more than 30 years. Moreover, since Yasargi182 devised superior temporal artery to middle cerebral (STA-MCA) anastomosis technique 1967, variety vascular reconstruction methods have come into use. Together with developments microsurgery, these techniques been applied according sites occlusion recipient donor vessels.
