摘要: Abstract The wide plant control integration of mineral processes poses many challenges. Flotation plants consist complex interacting circuits where minerals are processed in different stages with recycling. Today, a common arrange the RCS circuits, rougher circuit is combined cleaning and scavenger circuit. global objectives flotation to maximize value metal recovery while grade final concentrate kept inside narrow band. To achieve this, for any time variant feed attributes (flow rate, solid percent, grade, particle size distribution, pH, chemicals), capability modifying operation each circuit, order some local objectives, demanded. advance this study, family simulators can be great help. Recently, an algorithm set froth level profile have been proposed. simulator used was based on phenomenological models parameters estimated from industrial data, collected under designed experiments. In work, including regrinding stage presented. This models, data. provide insight how available resources administrated, obtain which harmonized strategy. Copyright © 2013 IFAC
