摘要: AlfB and AlfC α-l-fucosidases from Lactobacillus casei were used in transglycosylation reactions, they showed high efficiency synthesizing fucosyldisaccharides. activities exclusively produced fucosyl-α-1,3-N-acetylglucosamine fucosyl-α-1,6-N-acetylglucosamine, respectively. The reaction kinetics that can convert 23% p-nitrophenyl-α-l-fucopyranoside into at up to 56% fucosyl-α-1,6-N-acetylglucosamine.
