摘要: Mast cells and a large number of other hematopoietic have secretory granules which contain unique family proteoglycans. In the case roast cell, these proteoglycans are exocytosed when IgE receptors on cell’s plasma membrane cross-linked with antigen (Yurt et al. 1977). While functions haive been attributed to granule cells, it appears that major function is interact specifically basically charged proteins Austen 1977; Serafin 1986). found amounts serine proteases enzymatically active at neutral pH (Woodbury 1978; Schwartz 1981; Dubuske 1984; Shechter 1986; LeTrong 1987). rat serosal mast cell (Everitt Neurath 1980), mouse bone marrow-derived (BMMC) (Serafin 1987), human skin (Goldstein 1987)], shown be also packaged carboxypeptidases. These endopeptidases exopeptidases stored in form granules, therefore likely one package enzymes configuration minimizes their autolysis. When composition protease/proteoglycan macromolecular complex BMMC was examined during stage differentiation synthesizing both chondroitin sulfate E proteoglycan heparin proteoglycan, discovered preferentially enriched for addition, different Kirsten sarcoma virus immortalized (KiSV-MC) lines were protease activities biosynthesis proteoglycans, strong positive correlation observed carboxypeptidase A content relative (Reynolds 1988). Thus type glycosaminoglycan polymerized onto serine/glycine-rich peptide core may related protein inside granule.
