摘要: A 120 kDa, G protein-coupled calcium-sensing receptor (CaR) was recently identified and cloned from bovine parathyroid rat kidney. We report here that a similar is also present in mouse pituitary as well the cell line, AtT-20. Fragments (383-bp) of extracellular domain AtT-20 cells were amplified by RT-PCR, sequenced, found to be identical.
