摘要: The authors have applied the copper-phthalocyanine organic thin film fabrication technique via laser ablation for constructing a Schottky diode, and double-layer electroluminescence (EL) cell consisting of CuPc layer an aluminum tris-8-hydroxyquinline (Alq/sub 3/) as hole-transport luminescent layer.
