摘要: Organophosphate and pyrethroid insecticides phenoxyacetic acid herbicides represent important classes of pesticides applied in commercial residential settings. Interest assessing the extent human exposure to these exists because their widespread use potential adverse health effects. An analytical method for measuring 12 biomarkers several urine has been developed. The target analytes were extracted from one milliliter by a semi-automated solid phase extraction technique, separated each other urinary biomolecules reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, detected using tandem mass spectrometry with isotope dilution quantitation. Each step procedure was optimized produce robust, reproducible, accurate, precise efficient method. selectivity sensitivity trace-level analysis (e.g., below 0.5ng/mL) achieved narrow diameter column, higher unit resolution certain analytes, stable labeled internal standards. 55 samples collected adult anonymous donors no known pesticides. cost-effective is adequate handle large number national biomonitoring surveys.
