摘要: Abstract Organophosphorus pesticides and pyrethroids are widely used in German agriculture residential settings. Their occurrence human biological samples can be as an indicator for the exposure of children to these compounds. Using multivariate evaluation routes identified. In pilot study GerES IV, metabolites organophosporus were analysed urine aged 2–17 years ( n = 3 9 6 363). The 95th percentiles were: cis-DCCA 0.74 μg/l, trans-DCCA 1.7 μg/l, DBCA 0.52 μg/l, F-PBA Based on organophosphorus is mainly influenced by age, consumption fresh fruits fruit juice, living urban area, season. A rough estimation revealed that ADI values might exceeded. However, results require further exploration. sampling location, boiled vegetables, use biocides indoors at home. addition, a significant correlation between permethrin house dust metabolite concentrations could observed. Thus it seems likely ingestion contributes children's exposure.
