摘要: Clinical guidelines are viewed as an important tool in the quest to promote evidence based practice. Consequently, there has been a proliferation guideline development at national and local level. This paper describes what clinical how they have developed by organisation--the Royal College of Nursing (RCN). Drawing on two tissue viability guidelines: The Management Patients with Venous Leg Ulcers Risk Assessment Prevention Pressure Ulcers, some challenges inherent outlined. Certain desirable attributes that should exhibit order for it be utilisable effective practice outlined these provide standard developers. In reality will depend upon topic, experience group, purpose available. Our suggests producing clinically valid is labour resource intensive process. It also time consuming.
