摘要: Through monitoring the evolution of X-ray diffraction peaks, phase transformation PVP-protected Ag and Au nanoparticle deposits (NPDs) on electronic substrates Cu Ni upon heating in air was investigated via situsynchrotron radiation diffraction. With an increasing temperature, broad peak nano-sized particles with original average diameters 4.2 nm 9.6 nm, respectively, became sharp because particle coarsening coalescence. Complex transitions among Au, Cu, AuCu3 CuOx were observed, mainly due to negative enthalpy mixing between Cu. The interactions NPDs affected shift peaks lower angles, caused by thermal expansion also temperature for oxide formation. Compared did not form intermetallic compounds formation copper oxides can be retarded separation feature Ag–Cu system.
