摘要: : Norepinephrine and dopamine concentrations were determined by radioenzymatic assay in discrete gray matter regions of the spinal cords rats with experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE). Norepinephrine was depleted most cord EAE compared controls, whereas depletion restricted to cervical dorsal horn. There a rostrocaudal gradient norepinephrine reduction severe lumbar region. The results this experiment confirmed recent anatomical observations that suggested catecholamine-fluorescent axons terminals damaged EAE.
