摘要: RNA synthesis in eukaryotes is divided among three polymerases (RNAPs). RNAP III transcribes hundreds of tRNA genes and fewer additional short genes. We survey recent work on transcription by including an atomic structure, mechanisms action, interactions with chromatin retroposons, a conserved link between its activity modification that enhances mRNA decoding. Other new suggests important mechanistic connections to oxidative stress, autoimmunity cancer, embryonic stem cell pluripotency, tissue-specific developmental effects. consider that, for some complex functions, variation levels lead nonuniform changes tRNAs can shift the translation profiles key codon-biased mRNAs resultant phenotypes or disease states.
