摘要: Objective: The purpose of this investigation was to replicate the statistical approach used in a previous (Toronto study) within French population determine best predictive model for Alzheimer's disease (AD). Method: Data from neuropsychological tests two prospective studies were entered into regression model. Results: Replication Montpellier sample produced three-test with specificity 99% and sensitivity 73%. This consisted delayed auditory verbal recall test, construction category fluency test provides probability estimates transition dementia individual cases. Conclusion: models derived these longitudinal provide an empirical basis selection definition mild cognitive impairment Alzheimer type (MCI-A). small set are suitable use general practice.
