摘要: Application of powerful, high-throughput genomics technologies is becoming more common and these are evolving at a rapid pace. Genomics facilities being established in major research institutions to produce inexpensive, customized cDNA microarrays that accessible researchers broad range fields. These platforms have generated massive onslaught data, which threatens overwhelm researchers. Although show great promise, the technology has not matured point consistently generating robust reliable data when used average laboratory. This article addresses several aspects related handling deluge microarray extracting information from data. We review essential elements acquisition, processing analysis, briefly discuss issues quality, validation storage Our goal out some problems must be overcome before this promising can achieve its full potential.
