摘要: Hepatocyte damage, especially immunological liver injury, is a key process in the pathogenesis of hepatitis virus-induced diseases. The aim this study was to investigate protective effects polyguluronate sulfate (PGS) against damage. results showed that PGS significantly reduced H2O2-induced oxidative stress and increased cell viability HepG2 hepatocytes. also suppressed production malondialdehyde (MDA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), TNF-α, IL-6, while up-regulating activity SOD cells. Further, (150 300mg/kg/day) attenuated elevation serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBiL), addition MDA NO levels Con A-induced injury within mice (P<0.05). Significant improvements organ indexes (liver, spleen, thymus) were observed PGS-treated mice. disorganization hepatocytes decreased inflammatory infiltration caused by A treatment, suggesting able attenuate injury. In conclusion, possesses significant hepatoprotective on vitro vivo, may be related its antioxidant activities.
