摘要: Smart growth land use planning seeks to balance the infrastructure needs of a growing human population and protection for environment. Unfortunately, data required adequately incorporate biodiversity objectives into plans is often not available planners. One problem that there are few documented methods detail how held by resource management agencies can be converted format useful inclusion smart plans. Here we demonstrate an approach allows state, provincial, or federal disseminate on (1) conservation, (2) conservation wildlife recreational value incorporation local Our uses modeled threats species richness identify high priority areas more suitable future development. This provides transparent mechanism facilitate planning.
