摘要: In albino and pigmented rabbit eyes, the ocular disposition, metabolism biophasic availability of ocularly applied pilocarpine was studied by radioactive technique, TLC registration pilocarpine-induced miosis. Pilocarpine disposition availability, but not metabolism, were affected pigmentation. eye, accumulated in iris ciliary body. efficiently equally metabolized into pilocarpic acid. The greater than eyes after application large doses with small doses.
