摘要: Parkinson's disease (PD) treatment-based research has focused on developing therapies for the management of motor symptoms. Non-motor symptoms do not respond to treatments targeting deficits, thus necessitating an urgent need develop new modalities that cater both and non-motor deficits. Stem cell transplantation is potentially therapeutic PD, but have been primarily neglected in such therapy regimens. Many types stem cells are currently available therapy, including adult tissue (e.g., bone marrow, placenta)-derived mesenchymal cells. The fact can replace rescue degenerated dopaminergic non-dopaminergic suggests their potential treatment as well which discussed this article.
