摘要: ABSTRACT Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects extract from Trogopterorum Faeces (TF) on RAW 264.7 cells. Methods To prove TF's effects, we investigated nitric oxide (NO) production and own cell viability. We examined cytokine pro ductions lipopolysacchride (LPS)-induced cells also cellular regulatory mec hanisms. Results TF does not have any cytotoxic effect. reduced LPS-induced NO production, interleukin (IL)-1b, IL-6, IL-10 tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) in cells. inhibited activation mitogen-activated protein kinases ( MAPKs) such as p38, extracelluar signal-regulated kinase (ERK 1/2) c-Jun NH2-terminal (JNK) degradation inhibitory kappa B a (Ik-Ba) LPS-stimulated serum levels IL-1b, TNF-a. survival rate endotoxin shock increased by administration. Conclusions down-regulated cytokines whic h could provide clinical basis for properties. Key words (TF), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), inflammation. Endotoxin
