摘要: This paper is a conceptual on outsourcing otherwise known as subcontracting the strategic use of resources outside company to perform tasks that are usually handled internally by itself. In today’s competitive world, successful powerful tool for companies generate value and gain competitive edge over rivals. Companies can focus their core competencies rely partners non-critical processes operations. The formed alliance normally create synergy amongst lead short long term benefits. Some benefits monetary some non-monetary. One factor having smooth supplier-manufacturer relationship.The positive impacts towards business performance & organization which both representing had been studied extensively but evident in many academic literatures texts, empirical findings particularly countries like Malaysia scarce especially non Kong (2005). attempts examine effectiveness aspects relationship addition recognizing contribution lean approach management strategy substantiate success.
