摘要: Abstract : NF1 is characterized by the appearance of multiple tumors peripheral nerve, and occasionally malignant transformation these tumors. The only available but unsatisfying therapy surgical tumor resection. purpose this study preclinical testing tyrosine kinase inhibitors for NF1-associated MPNST using in vitro vivo systems. Test systems are to be established. Molecular analysis targeted receptor kinases will show incidence alterations receptors provide a profile activation associated pathways MPNST. According patterns tyorsine activity appropriate tested effects on growth. findings substantiate causal attempts based specific profile.
