摘要: Abstract Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) was estimated to account for ~ 19,000 of all newly detected cancers in the United States 2016. So far, conventional therapeutic and surgical approaches cancer therapy have not been able curtail rising incidence cancers, including CLL malignancies, worldwide. The last decade has witnessed great research interest biological activities natural compounds that include antiinflammation, antioxidation, anticancer. A large number anticancer agents fight through induction apoptosis, inhibition cell growth proliferation, as well cycle arrest or a combination two more these mechanisms. Various phenolic from different sources reported be promising by acting one mechanisms cells. This chapter presents review molecular antileukemic activity various on cycle, apoptosis. describes main used prevention.
