摘要: This study describes the establishment of two permanent leukemic B-cell lines (BALM-1 and -2) originating from blood cells a patient with type acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The BALM-1 -2 exhibited cell surface markers compatible origin. identity between in vivo those BALM was established on basis karyotypic picture, including marker chromosomes 14q + t(12;17;?) immunoglobulins (κ, δ µ chain determinants).
