摘要: AbstractBackground:To examine the contribution of generational epigenetic dysregulation to inception obesity and its adiposopathic consequences.Methods:Sources for this review included searches PubMed, Google Scholar, international government/major association websites using terms including adiposity, adiposopathy, epigenetics, genetics, obesity.Results:Excessive energy storage in adipose tissue often results fat cell organ dysfunction, which may cause metabolic mass disorders. The adverse clinical manifestations are not solely due amount body (adiposity), but also dependent on anatomical functional perturbations (adiposopathy or ‘sick fat’).
