摘要: In the quest for pathological basis of depression and an understanding mechanisms clinical action antidepressant drugs (ADs), multiple hypotheses have been proposed, invoking many central synaptic mechanisms. Of these, monoaminergic most persistent, propose to link both etiology mechanism ADs. However, during intense study which these received, several anomalies paradoxes come light indicate that theories are insufficient per se account pathogenesis affective disorders or provide a common AD action.
