摘要: During the development of unistratose gemmae Riella helicophylla, single intercalary meristem very young is subdivided into two lateral meristems. The duration cell reproduction cycle increases from margin to median part gemmae. This polarization within disappears after addition antiauxin PCIB culture medium. leads a retardation or blockage during light period culture. Under influence amount starch in chloroplasts strikingly increased, probably because reduction degradation. Addition sugars compensates effect on cycle. effects are counteracted by auxin. results taken as evidence that auxin plays role directing transport substances needed for continuation between adjacent cells meristem.
