摘要: 2-(2-methyl-2-nitrovinyl)-furan (NVF) has recently been synthesized and the pharmaceutical industry interest in this compound grown due to its antibacterial, fungicidal anti-ectoparasitic activities. Therefore, physicochemical characterization of new drug was conducted. In addition, two rapid, simple suitable GC methods were developed for determination NVF. Analyses carried out with an Agilent DB-5ms capillary column (60 m × 0.25 mm i.d., µm film thickness). The GC-FID analysis employed splitless mode injection, oven/injector/detector temperature 160/230/280°C nitrogen carrier at flow 5.0 mL min−1. GC-MS helium 1.5 min−1, program 2 min 100°C, ramp 50°C min−1 260°C injector detector 250 290°tC, respectively. MS conditions ionization voltage, 70 eV; mass range, m/z 40–350; ion source temperature, 200°C. time took less than 6 min. results obtained validation suggest that these are economic, precise, accurate linear over range analysis. successfully during synthesis NVF order ensure quality raw material.
