摘要: Aim: Medulloblastoma (MB) is the most common malignant brain tumor in children. The crucial role of extracellular-microRNAs (ex-miRNAs) cancer has been widely recognized; however, their MB remains unknown. This study aimed to investigate MB-driven ex-miRNAs. Methods: Microarray analysis was used disclose identity and quantity key miRNAs excreted culture-medium (CM) 3 human cell lines cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) tumors (including MB) leukemia patients. MiRNA expression validated by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results: We have demonstrated that tested commonly expressed 1,083 spent CM. Among them, 57 were specific CM metastasis-related which represents aggressive group 4 subtypes. A significant number (1,254) ex-miRNAs identified CSF a patient. Eighty-six these found be differentially this patient's compared with controls. Interestingly, metastasis-associated over-represented significantly enriched Conclusion: Although more samples are required fully verify results, our work provides first evidence for presence amount extracellularly cells raises possibility that, near future, could probed patients serve as novel biological markers.
