摘要: The aims of this study were to explore the relationship between clinical outcome and HER-2 protein expression in dogs with malignant mammary tumours after surgery determine sequence gene. Tissues from 91 diagnosed tumours, six benign lesions two normal glands analysed for by immunohistochemistry (IHC). Exons 14-18 gene amplified reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction sequenced 19 IHC scores >2+; larger coding regions five tumours. overexpression was found 27/91 (29.7%) canine Dogs HER-2-overexpressing tended have a higher survival rate than those that expressed level within 2 years surgery. In 3/19 cases, sequences had single nucleotide polymorphism, T(1725)C, no change amino acid identity (Cys). No other aberration found.
