摘要: ABSTRACT Baculovirus vectors recently have been shown to be capable of efficient transduction human hepatoma cells and primary hepatocytes in culture. This paper describes the generation a novel recombinant baculovirus (VGZ3) which vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein G (VSV G) is present viral envelope. The gene encoding VSV was inserted into genome under control polyhedrin promoter such that it expressed at very high levels infected insect but not mammalian cells. Expression lacZ reporter driven by functional (the Rous sarcoma long terminal repeat). We show Western analysis protein purified preparations. A monoclonal antibody blocked VGZ3. morphologically distinct from lacking G, with virions adopting an oval rather than rod-shaped morphology. VGZ3 transduced h...
