摘要: We engineer the nonlinear response of multilayered systems by employing optical Arsenide semiconductor materials. The photoexcited carriers lead to spectral, temporal, and polarization dependent that is described herein. suggestive generating a transient hyperbolic materials in this system. Exploration use these as basis for metasurfaces discussed.
