摘要: Abstract Structural, morphological, optical and magnetic properties of Zn Zn–Ni co-doped tin oxide (SnO 2 ) nanoparticles synthesized by sol-gel method. The influence doping concentration on phase particle size the was determined X-ray diffraction. XRD study reveals that lattice constant crystallite samples decrease with increase concentration. change in band gap energy SnO influenced more Ni. external morphology were recorded SEM TEM. results indicated Ni 2+ ions would uniformly substituted into sites lattice. substitution creates a vital has been measured vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).
