摘要: Abstract High permittivity (Li, Fe)-doped NiO (LFNO) ceramics are prepared by a simple PVA sol–gel route and their dielectric properties investigated as functions of temperature frequency. It is found that the concentrations Li Fe have strong influences on microstructure LFNO ceramics. Two thermally activated relaxations observed in Li0.05Fe0.10Ni0.85O ceramic sample with activation energies 0.448 0.574 eV for high- low-frequency relaxations, respectively. By using complex impedance analysis, it believed high-frequency relaxation closely related to transport inside grains, might be ascribed interfacial polarization at interface layers grain boundaries and/or NiFe2O4 secondary phase layers.
