摘要: The influence of a smear layer on the adhesion ofsealer cements to dentin was assessed in recently extracted human anterior teeth. A total 120 samples tested, 40 per sealer; 20 each with and without layer. teeth were split longitudinally, internal surfaces ground flat. One-half tooth left intact, while other half had removed by washing for 3 min 17% EDTA followed 5.25% NaOCl. Evidence ability remove verified scanning electron microscopy. Using specially designed jig, sealer placed into 4-mm wide × deep well which then set onto at 90-degree angle allowed 7 days 100% humidity 37°C. This set-up mounting jig Instron Universal Testing Machine so that only tensile load applied shearing or applying preloading forces. subjected crosshead speed 1 mm min. results show significant differences (p
