摘要: Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the bond strength various root canal sealers after irrigation solutions and Er:YAG laser irradiation were used on dentin. Methods: One hundred fifty freshly extracted human maxillary singlerooted teeth in study. Teeth sectioned transversally 4 mm below cementoenamel junction. each specimen prepared using a tapered bur. divided into 3 main groups by sealer (AH Plus Jet [Dentsply DeTrey, Konstanz, Germany], EndoSequence BC Sealer [Brasseler, Savannah, GA], Real Seal [SybronEndo, Orange, CA]) then 5 subgroups dentin treatment (distilled water, calcium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, EDTA, laser). specimens placed immediately at 37C 100% humidity for 1 week. Then, push-out test applied. maximum failure load recorded newtons calculate MPa. random from group examined under scanning electron microscopy. Results: resin had higher than bioceramic sealer, differences statistically significant (P < .05) except hypochlorite groups. EDTA applications removed smear layer increased strength. highest adhesion observed when evaluated itself. Conclusions: bonding is influenced their properties surface treatments. microscopic showed that although dentinal tubules open, profile examination did not penetrate canals all specimens.
