摘要: Abstract In this manuscript, a method to precisely adjust the amplitude of cathodic electroosmotic flow is described. The uses capillary pre-coated with cationic polymer (polybrene), in presence an anionic surfactant such as sodium dodecyl sulfate. At low concentration surfactant, molecules will self-assemble form immobilized hemimicelle layer “head” contact coating and hydrophobic tail reaching into background electrolyte. higher concentration, solution then interact, via interactions, admicelle layer. It has been demonstrated that can be constructed either pure (SDS), or mixture neutral surfactants. Admicelle coatings used control (EOF). While at EOF depends on surfactants when reaches critical becomes near constant. also adjusted relative proportion ionic solution. Using approach, was varied from 0.450 3.848 × 10 −8  m 2  V −1  s precision below 0.050 × 10 (standard deviation measured three replicates). tested using mix triazines (atrazine, simazine terbuthylazine) beer sample. With sample average standard 1.5% for migration time 2.2% corrected peak area obtained.
