摘要: The choice between capillary electrophoresis (CE) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is not easy depends on many factors. An attempt to facilitate this work, in which both techniques have been confronted the basis of RGB model, offering a transparent pictorial way compare individual parameters as well overall analytical potential each tool. To ensure universal nature comparison, simple composition chemically diverse model sample was used, accompanied by data processing method reducing impact analyte selection. Moreover, permanent coating inner surface addition surfactant separation buffer were considered additional factors that may affect assessment CE technique. presented analysis can be valuable any discussions about intrinsic advantages disadvantages HPLC, divagations how they usability each. We also provide access Excel worksheets used for assessment, easily modified reevaluate methods with different selection variables, analyze other possible scenarios.
