摘要: The present investigation concerns a staining method based on peroxidase activity which can be used for the specific of granulocytes both in counting chamber and smears. reagent employed at pH 7.0 contained low concentrations hydrogen peroxide as substrate, benzidine chromogenic donator 2,4-dichlorphenol catalase inhibitor. only positively reacting cells, granulocytes, stained brown. other cells failed to stain. The observations made support view that reaction eosinophils differs slightly from neutrophils. Nearly exactly two-thirds bone marrow adult male rats Sprague-Dawley strain belonged myeloid cell series.
