摘要: Suppression of erythropoiesis by transfusion animals genotype W/W v was found to prevent the development macroscopic spleen colonies following injection normal coisogenic marrow cells. This inhibition colony-formation not due a failure colony-forming cells proliferate in absence erythropoietic stimulation, since growth rate plethoric did differ significantly from that seen anemic hosts. It is likely that, hosts, insufficient differentiated erythroblasts were produced permit macroscopically visible colonies. Evidence obtained granulocytic differentiation proceeded during transplanted cells, and this mode affected suppression erythropoiesis.
