摘要: Spur cell anemia is an acquired hemolytic anemia, which may occur in patients with severe liver dysfunction, especially those alcoholic cirrhosis. Recently, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) has been highlighted as one of the causes chronic diseases, could progress to Histological features NASH are indistinguishable from hepatitis. We report on a cirrhotic patient who developed progressive indirect dominant jaundice and intractable during his follow-up. This shows first case died result spur anemia.
