摘要: This article examines the change in occupational gender segregation 1980s using 1980 and 1990 Public Use Microdata Samples data. research reveals a continuing decline 1980s, but at somewhat slower pace than 1970s. About three quarters of overall desegregation was due to changing composition occupations, about one quarter faster growth more integrated occupations. Further analyses confirm importance women's not men's distribution promoting desegregation.
