Serodiagnosis of amoebic liver abscess by IHA method.

摘要: Serological test based on IHA (Indirect Haemagglutination Method) was performed in 100 cases of hepatic abscess. The 100% sensitive and 94% specific. cut off point antibody titer between normal population patients with invasive amoebiasis 1:128. Antibody amoebic liver abscess 1:5242 +/- 2795. A significant (P less than 0.001) correlation found total leucocyte count titer.
