摘要: A novel strategy to evaluation of adulteration in alcoholic beverages based on the measurement Schlieren effect using an automated FIA system with photometric detection is proposed. The assay produced when beverage samples are injected a single-line that uses water as carrier stream and light-emitting diode–phototransistor photometer controlled by microcomputer detector. flow presents limited mixing conditions which make possible create gradients refractive index (Schlieren effect) sample zone. These reproducible, characteristic each undergo specific modifications adulterations or ethanol imposed. data brandies, cachacas, rums, whiskies vodkas were treated SIMCA elaborate class models applied adulteration. Samples original matrix sort adulterated laboratory adding water, methanol levels 5% 10% (v/v). used test set validate models. verification authenticity measurements presented good results making identify 100% 93% actual confidence 95%. As principal advantage, does not use reagents carry out analysis.
