摘要: Undesired activation of the complement system, a part immune is major pathogenic factor contributing to various diseases, such as ischemia-reperfusion injury, sepsis, asthma, allergic reactions, rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, myasthenia, multiple sclerosis and others. The history development system inhibitors, preventing its destructive action on body, represents evolution main methods drug design. This review illustrates approaches design, ranging from screening modification natural products structure-based ligand basis inhibitors' creation. current status field inhibitors also discussed.
