摘要: Signal transduction cascades involve multiple enzymes and are orchestrated by selective protein-protein interactions that essential for the progression of intracellular signaling events. Modulators these have been used to dissect role individual components each cascade. We describe several methods developed identification peptides inhibit interaction between proteins hence selectively modulate their functions. Such peptide modulators provide important tools basic research great potential as leads development new classes therapeutic drugs.
