摘要: The properties of Dirac electrons in a magnetic superlattice (SL) on graphene consisting very high and thin (δ-function) barriers are investigated. We obtain the energy spectrum analytically study transmission through finite number barriers. results contrasted with those for described by Schrodinger equation. In addition, collimation an incident beam is obtained along direction perpendicular to that SL. also highlight analogy optical media which refractive index varies space.
