摘要: The properties of Dirac electrons in a magnetic superlattice (SL) on graphene consisting very high and thin (δ-function) barriers are investigated. We obtain the energy spectrum analytically study transmission through finite number barriers. results contrasted with those for described by Schrodinger equation.
