摘要: Abstract We study spin transport through a magnetic graphene superlattice in the presence of Rashba spin–orbit interaction (RSOI) modulated by homogeneous constant electric field. It is found that RSOI alone cannot generate spin-polarized current, but when field combines with RSOI, current can be observed and increases increasing In addition, efficiency spin-inversion efficiently controlled number barriers. As barriers increases, angular range transmission coefficients without spin-flip decrease, gaps spin-dependent versus external become wider.
